Wanda Elaine McDougle
Wanda came to Newport from NW Washington in 2007. She enjoys qulting, embroidery, oil painting, and gardening. She volunteers at the Pend O’Reille Historical Society Museum on Wednesdays and helps do the gardening there. Wanda was a foster parent for 8 years and she enjoys working with children. The arts are very important to her and she believes in what CREATE stands for. We need to teach the children, so creativity doesn’t become, “a lost art”.
